How to order /Make an enquiry:
You can contact us by telephone, fax, e-mail, QQ/MSN to discuss the details of your order/enquiry. We will reply to all queries within 24 hours
 
How to pay:
After confirmation you can pay by either cheque, Elecrtonic remittance , Bills of exchange or remittance by the Post Office. The bank account must be based on our faxed sales sheet. If you pay by Electronic remittance, please fax the remittance document to 0086-755-83241158 to let us check it.
 
Shipment
If you are the users of the Electronic remittance/Bills of exchange/remittance by the Post Office, When we receive the remittance document and confirm it, we will arrange the shipment according to your requirement within 24 hours.
 Remark:  the shipment is only use for our stocks, if your order need us to order the factories, then the ship date should be negotiated by parties.

After sales service
After receiving the products, if you have any questions about the quality, please inform us within 2 weeks.    and according to the quality report by the City Technology Censorship Bureau(or above the city) to require the refundment(replacement), if your requirement is reasonable , we will give you the most satisfied reply as soon as possible.
